st. joe cocoa

1 pound coco powder
1 pound evaporated milk
1 pound coffee creamer
1 pound powdered sugar

Mix well(it makes a LOT so you'll be drinking it all winter). Add 1/2 cup of mix to your water and enjoy the best hot chocolate you've ever had!
